1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using WitBuddy's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. WitBuddy is a subsidiary of ETechnolab, specializing in SEO, Web Design, PPC Advertising, UX/UI Design, Social Media Marketing services for the international market.
2. Description of Services
WitBuddy provides professional UX design services including but not limited to:
- User Experience Research and Analysis
- UI/UX Design and Prototyping
- User Testing and Validation
- Design System Development
- Digital Product Strategy
- Consultation and Training Services
3. User Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Use our services for lawful purposes only
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information
4. Project Terms and Payment
4.1 Project Scope
- All projects begin with a detailed scope of work that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs. Changes to the scope may result in additional charges.
4.2 Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- Remaining balance due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Client Rights
- Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project.
5.2 WitBuddy Rights
- WitBuddy retains the right to use completed work for portfolio purposes and case studies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of business information and maintain strict confidentiality. All client information, project details, and business strategies are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
WitBuddy's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- Projects may be cancelled with 48-hour notice
- Refunds are prorated based on work completed
- Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced
- Cancellation fees may apply for projects in progress
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The governing law shall be determined based on the jurisdiction of the client's primary business location.
10. Modifications to Terms
WitBuddy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
